Yes, I know that somebodty tried this before, but there were other variables involved then.

Here, however is the core of your nation at founding (government type) completely pure and unadultered (none of the questions answerd yet. The issues then amend this:

Test01: Sensible-UN Category: Inoffensive Centrist Democracy Civil Rights: Good Economy: Good Political Freedoms: Good

Test02: Liberal-UN Category: Scandinavian Liberal Paradise Civil Rights: Superb Economy: Developing Political Freedoms: Good

Test03: Consevative- UN Category: Free-Market Paradise Civil Rights: Few Economy: Very Strong Political Freedoms: Superb

Test04: Compassionate-UN Category: Tyranny by Majority Civil Rights: Few Economy: Developing Political Freedoms: Superb

Test05: Oppressive-UN Category: Psychotic Dictatorship Civil Rights: Few Economy: Developing Political Freedoms: Few

Test06: Corrupt-UN Category: Psychotic Dictatorship Civil Rights: Rare Economy: Weak Political Freedoms: Unheard Of

Test07: Anarchaic- UN Category: Anarchy Civil Rights: World Benchmark Economy: Thriving Political Freedoms: World Benchmark

Yes, you read that right, Tyranny-by-Majority is "Compassionate", and "Psycotic" is Inoffensive-Centrist-Democracy, you now know how to get the two rarest nation types (Free Market Paradise and Tyranny-by-Majority).

what do you mean by test one test 2 etc. when you say test do you mean a specific series of answers?

It is the names of the nations in the region "tests" which I used. The only variable are two didgets in national animal, currency, motto, and password, and the name, plus the government types.
