Why can't I join?
Hi, I have now put up a couple of requests to join the UN and was told to await a reply within 24 hours however no response came and I was wondering if anyone could give me any help or advice. I would really like to join.

Try a different e-mail account.

Sometimes it'll think that the UN application is junk mail and deletes it.

anyways it is best to monkey around with the settings setup; email address and being patient at it.

Actually, it because the NSUN had a secret vote on a resolution to bar you access. Sorry dude, I voted against it.

Possible problems:
1) Your nation or another nation you rule were ejected from the UN for rule violations. If this is the case, you cannot join the UN.
2) Your ISP filters out the confirmation e-mails as spam. I have had this problem with Yahoo. If this is likely to be the case, I suggest trying again, specifying an e-mail account with another ISP.
3) You got your e-mail address wrong. Believe it or not, this does happen, I have sometimes put in .com instead of .co.uk, and so on.
Interestingly, Hotmail doesn't seem to filter out UN responses. I know of several (admittedly ex-) players who used Hotmail to join the UN.

How do the UN decide who they would want and who they don't want to join?
I'll wait for maybe a week and if it doesn't come through, I'll try another account.
