Crimmond and Rushi are correct. It is impossible to change the name of an existing nation.
Questions like this belong in "Technical". Hence, iMove :arrow:

You have to wait a while; answers don't come instantly.
Names cannot be changed because, the way this game is set up, trying to change national names causes all sorts of bugs to rear their ugly heads. Things would stop working properly. In short, it's too much trouble.
