Today's UN report seems somewhat messed up. My nation has never given the police any funding, has no prisons and no crime yet is ranked 231st in the world for highest police ratio. Presumably the UN report is based on something like government/public sector size rather than crime/police so uhm, its lame and stuff.

i have the 57th lowest crime rate in the world and yet im lower, in this UN ranking, than people who have equal populations to me and higher crime rates.
