i am sort of new and dont know how to approve a proposal before it is to be voted on, can anyone tell me? Thank you

you must be the UN delegate of your region to approve proposals,
If you want to be able to approve a proposal, you must first be a U.N. Delegate. If you become a Delegate to approve propasals go back to your nations homepage and click on the United Nations link on the left side of the page. Scroll down on that page and click on the link list proposals. Scroll through the proposals and see which ones you want to approve.
