Believe it or not, there is actually an NS sports league. I do not have the link, however. Can anyone oblige?
EDIT: Just checked, there are half a dozen sports RPs in NationStates Forum.
I don't know the link - but I know a long time ago that Sniper Country ran an Olympics - apparently it was quite involved - maybe contact him.

Perhaps there could be issues based on sports?
I'm not into sport myself but it *is* an area that's not mentioned in the issues.

That's a good idea, you could try writing your own and submitting it. Maybe others have had the same idea, who knows, but you could try.
