How do I become one? I run a region and am a UN delegate, but not a regional delegate.
You need to get more U.N. nations like yourself to come to your region. When they come, get them to endorse you. Keep trying to get endorsements in your region because if you dont have the most endorsements in your region you will not be Delegate, the nation who has the most endorsements becomes Delegate.
