How do you create a custom flags?
:oops: This may sound silly, but how do you create a custom flag?
Create picture with PainShop or so, and upload it as a costum flag in your settings. But I have the feeling that you didn't mean that. Can you be more specific?

Do you have a program to draw pictures like PainShop? You can as 1 Infinite Loop if he can Create you one, if you can't draw of yourself. If you download a picture off The Web, you could shrink it to flagsize, and thus upload it. The shrinking part is most important sinds there are limits to the file size of the flag you want to upload.

lol Paintshop not painshop,painshop sounds like a torture chamber,anyways if you just have any image editing program you can probably create a decent flag,I made mine using paint that comes with window,and a freeware gif animator

You can create an image on your computer and upload it as your nation's flag.
The image must be in JPEG (.jpg) format, 107x71 pixels in size, and no larger than 6KB. Images that don't conform will either not display properly or cause an error when you try to upload them.
Non-flag-like or inappropriate images are not permitted. Please don't post them.

You can create your own flag by creating a blank template 107x71 pixels in size in a program such as Paintshop Pro 5 (what I use), drawing your flag, saving it to disk, then logging in to your nation, going into Settings, selecting the Custom flag option, browsing you folders to select it and uploading.
If you already have a flag-like image you wish to upload, use the same sort of image manipulation program to resize it to 107x71 pixels, and upload it in the same way.

the main limitation is the size, 6k (actually 5.5k) the sixe I make is usually a multiple of 107x71, usually 300x200, 250x167, ect, and I use Photoshop 7
