Be patient. Your category will only slowly change as you make decisions on issues. If you make certain choices consistently, over time, then you will slowly move away from a dictatorship.

When you make a decision, think of it. Is it you that wants it, or is your people that wants it.
If you go against the will of the people, you are a dictator. It's as simple as that, no matter how nice you are.
