You could ask them but I doubt VERY much that they would do it unless you had an extremely good reason as for a change in your name.
If you mean the 'Oppressed Peoples' bit, you can change that in 'Settings' on the sidebar.
Yeah, it's the settings. You can't change your name.

I know how to change it like that but I would like a custom name. They should make a thing where you can make a custon name change yourself. :(
There used to be a bug that allowed that, but now only mods can do it to themselves. They won't do it for anyone else.
