Question about the UN Update and endorsements

If I'm Delegate and in a region where the update passed can I go into another region (that hasn't had the update) and endorse a nation without losing my endorsements/Delegateship?

Never tried it to verify, but according to my understanding of the endorsement system: when the update in the second region comes by, your received endorsements belonging with your first region will be wiped out. After all, the system will verify your endorsements and those nations will not be in your region (unless they moved along with you :) ).

Interestingly though, you should still be delegate of the first region until the next update occurs in the first region.

So for example you could in theory be Delegate of two regions at the same time (if only for 24)?

AFAIK, yes. Or even three or more, if you plan it well.

I don't think this will give you more than one vote in support of a proposal though. Also, your vote on the UN Floor should only be in the amount of the votes for the last delegateship you get, not a cumulative count :).

BTW, all this is as I've understood it to work. If needed a GM or SalusaSecondus will provide certainty on how this works. I'm just a player after all.

I don't think so. I think that the game recognizes that you aren't in the region anymore and removes you from the delegacy.

Actually, leaving a region does NOT remove one from the delegacy. It merely causes one to no longer be listed at the top of the region page, but one remains to be the delegate. If one has access to region control as delegate, one remains having this access even when not within the region.

This much I HAVE verified :)

Nah. At some point Salusa will verify this and realise I'm right. No big deal ;)
