My region's delegate, Clarkhall, has been rejected from UN.

He is on extended leave for business purposes, so I would like to submit a request for an appeal to the admin in his place.
Thank you.

Any player may enter their nation into the UN, regardless of the characteristics of that nation. However, no player is allowed to have two UN member nations. Because we can't see who is on the other side of a computer, we have to assume that one computer means one person.

So, if two or more nations were being used from the same computer, then those two nations would have been labeled as cheaters.
