Can someone please tell me how to acces the region creator page and how i create a region, please mail me your answer

Hope this helps. You have to be logged into your nation in order to do it.
Click on the "Location" name. Than click on "move to a new region" and than you see in the upper left corner "create new region". Click "create new region", and from than on, a 5 year old can do it :P
