OK, there are two ways to go about this.
- Role-play it in International Incidents. I must warn you, however, that with your nation being so tiny, you will have to be modest about your involvement, to avoid annoying people with populations of hundreds of millions.
- Technical maneuvres are possible in the NS World part of the game, for this you need to join the UN and go to a region which frequently fights others. Urbanites is a good bet.
