Cutom Flag Issue

Hi,
I uploaded a custom flag which conformed to all the requirements & it appears to be bugged. There is a white stripe at the bottom (as if it had not completed loading) that is not in the image file. This does not occur on the non-custom flags. Also, I attempted to upload another image, once again conforming to the requirements, & it would only show the custom flag uploaded first, despite having gone from an unbuggy non-custom flag.
I am using IE 6, Windows 98 & Earthlink DSL. Thank you.

Well, I can help you on part of it. As far as the white stripe goes, I don't know. When you changed the custom flag, your browser did not recognize that it had changed and so showed the old one. Try refreshing after you change flags, or closing and reopening the browser.

I see a flag with a white stripe cut out of the bottom for Kallawick. It's got counterchanged suns gules and argent and sable with clovers or quartered. (not very precise or correct, I know, but I think it gets the point accross.)

Yup, that's the original custom flag. I've re uploaded it a couple of times & always with the stripe.

Thanks for replying, all.

did you make it in photoshop, or download it from a website, if it ia from photoshop it might be because you didnt merge the layers properly.
if you downloaded it thy might have made it as two seperate images to prevent people from taking it,
let me know I may be able to fix it for ya it looks rather simple, and there for repairable,

Thanks much. It seems to have been the layers, like you said. Thanks so much for fixing the image, and posting it. You rock.
