What are these 'custom names' you speak of?
Cremerica means "custom titles". As an example from my region: "The Sarky Bastards of Nairatrebil". There was a bug, earlier, that allowed ordinary players to have custom titles. That bug was corrected, but no changes were made to the nations of ordinary players that took advantage of the bug.
There are now requests to allow older nations (500 million population and up) to have custom titles.
