A word of advice: with pictures, more than anything else, think before you post. Make sure they are of managable size, 50K or smaller, otherwise if everyone is doing it, stuff will take forever to load.

Also, please, please, please, think about the "physical" size of the image. If it's too wide, you ruin the page breaks of the page, which is something of a pain, to say the least.
