I think there should be a link in the sidebar, then nations having trouble, being spammed for example, could actually see it immediately and not post it in the Moderation forum where it shouldn't be. There's a link in the FAQ I know, but there's a helluva lot of nations who don't read that.
Yeah,that might lessen the mod forum threads about game issues
I also suggest that in the problem categories there would be added "griefing" - which would be moderator's priority to check.
