Recently, the Dalek Warlord, longtime Delegate of Skaro, lost their Delegate status due to their endorser's nation being deleted from inactivity. The Dalek Warlord has lost the password for the region, and there is no way new nations can move to Skaro and revitalize the Dalek homeland.

Please, anyone with the power, either telegram The Dalek Warlord with the regional password for Skaro, or grant him Founder status, as I'm pretty sure he founded the region before the Founder feature was included.

Well try to get a newdelegate. I suggest that you try to encourage people to join the U.N. and endorse each other! :mrgreen:

Sounds like a problem for the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page.

Also, you might want to organize something between the three of you where you either move to a newly created region or leave the current one, and re-create it after the server update deletes it. That way, you'll have a Founder.
