I am sure this is not nec., but still wanted to pass on the suggestion/idea.

Do most players think it would be postive to have a forum just on UN Resolutions at a vote, or would this be a waste of space?

Interesting idea. There are so many proposals, it is quite daunting, and everyone tries to promote theirs. Maybe a dedicated forum would be good. But what happens when a proposal that was getting discussed gets put to the vote as a resolution? Would all relevant threads be moved?

If there was a mod to do it, perhaps locked. Otherwise 2 forums-- one for possible proposals, one for porposals up to vote.
