This is probably a tech issue but, seeing as its got a direct connection to General...

I may be completely wrong here, but has there just been another General forum purge recently? There seem to be a lot less pages of threads, down to around 240 from (as I think I remember) close to 360. Also, I tried searching for a couple of old threads and I drew a blank

Yeah, that was ages ago. I'm talking more recently than that one.

Oh, look, comeon. Whichever mod moved this thread must have some idea if a purge happened or not.

'Tis a shame....I was reading through some of the old topics recently, and there were a few that were worth saving. Shoulda bumped them when I had the chance, but life goes on.

Maybe stuff like that isn't communicated all the time?

I'm not sure what time-span you're thinking of, but I did remember a Mod mentioning something about a 'mini-purge' (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=68330&post=1470934#1470934) on September 3.
