What is my private sector actually like?
My nation description has become self-contradictory. Apparently "A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing, Book Publishing, and Information Technology industries" while at the same time "the government [is] attempting to revitalize a gutted private sector".
Well? Is my private sector "gutted" or "a powerhouse"?

In between, sorta.
The term 'powerhouse' is a term which, though based on certain statistics, isn't the measurement of the state of your economy (which is 'good'). The 'gutted' portion is part of a standard text shown because you received the 'Economic Collapse looms' issue, and decided on revitalizing your economy. The term 'gutted' is not a measurement of economic strength.

It may seem strange but your economy and private sector are not directly proportional. Therefore contradictions can appear.
