Not Recieving some issues, EVER!

I want to raise my economy, but I never get issues to do so with. Why is it that I get the same issues like dying with dignity or stuff every time, but never the economy ones? This has been going on for a month or more, so i decided to post.

Aren't they chosen at random?

I want to raise my economy, but I never get issues to do so with.

From your nations page: "College students make ends meet by selling their kidneys, Gurguvungunit's children are widely acknowledged as the most foul-mouthed in the region, citizens must pay to enjoy Gurguvungunit's pristine beaches, and the mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas".

This means the last four issues you decided on were (if I'm not mistaken)
#27: Cash for Colons?
#13: Too Much Yakking, Already, Say Delegation
#31: Get Efficient, Private Sector Tells Nature
#23: Uranium Deposit Promises To Enrich @@NAME@@

#31 has economic effect, as does #23.

My suggestion would be to keep making decisions on all your issues. If you don't like a particular one, don't decide on it so it'll stay in your queue (which means you won't get it again, wasting an opportunity to get a better issue :) ). Also, if you're in the habbit of dismissing non-economic issues, you might get them back again and again until you decide on them.

There are some issues that nations don't get if they are a particular type of nation. There are other issues that are very rare to come up.

Well, you can't choose your issues. You have to be pationt and wait for it to come!

And once [violet]'s finished the interface for mods to edit submitted issues there'll be a lot more issues.

Congratulations on 3000 posts!

Thanks, but we'd better keep this on-topic. :P

If you outlaw automobiles or gambling, you never EVER get those issues again. EVER. I got those issues in November and haven't had them since. -_-

I outlawed gambling several months ago, and I'm still waiting for it to crop up again. On the other hand, I outlawed Harry Potter, cash for colons and euthanasia, and they keep cropping up every two weeks.

I'm afraid you have to be patient. I, too want to raise my economy. During the bulk of my nation's existance, my economy ranged from Strong to Powerhouse. For the past week, my economy was at all-consuming. This is the first time that my economy was at that level for a sustained period of time. A few months ago, I had a Frightening economy, but it fell 24 hours later to Powerhouse.

So, be patient, and the accumulating results of your issues will tip the economy in your favour.
