It says on the title, "International Superhighway".....I always thought it was called the "Information Superhighway"...correct me if I'm wrong.

Now I know why I keep forgetting the issue is about the Internet whenever I see it! ::hits self on head:: "Traffic Cops Needed on International Superhighway?" gives no clue as any relation to the Internet, and then I think "hmm, we're having speeding problems?" Thanks for pointing that out. :-D
