Allright, so it has to be 107x71, in JPEG format, and must not exceed 6kb. The problem is, this seems impossible for me. I made a very simple flag in Photoshop 7, using 2 colors. Then I save it as a .jpeg, with the highest compression rate possible, but it refuses to go lower than 9kb... What am I supposed to do to get it below 6kb?

Since you only have two colors, save it as a .gif file, then rename the file extension to .jpg should work.

I'm also wondering how it is possible to not be able to get it below 9kb with just two colors...

You have to change it's size. PS7 can do that for you. If you can show it here I can change the size for you 8)
2 colors and 9 kb must be incredibly big :lol:

you have to make sure it isnt saving an icon preview that can double of triple your image size, also use teh save for web option, it will make the images look better and give you the ability to adjust the quality and therefore teh image size.

I think you can upload .gif files anyway, even though it says .jpg only.

The flag I use for all five of my nations is a .gif This file is only 3k

It looks like they got it sorted - I see a 107x71 pixel 2 colour 4.5KB flag on their nation page.
