Can any one please tell me how to create a new region and become a deligate, also how to invade another region and what the procces is

To create a new region - in your current region, select 'move to a new region'. Scroll down and it should be in black and white.

To become delegate - get other nations (in the UN) to move to your region and endorse you.

To invade other regions - Don't know, but I say don't do it...it is very annoying.
