it's just an idea (pun-intended) but...

I don't suppose another forum could be made which would be a sort of "Think-tank" for people with ideas on how to improve the game. perhaps you could enlist various people who seem to have good temperments and good ideas on the game, including myself I'd have to say (I'd be stupid if I didn't ask to be in it), and those people would think up stuff. they wouldn't be moderators, and they wouldn't be able to change anything themselves, they would just be able to bounce around ideas and talk about the feasability of certain ideas and whatnot. this would be a very progressive step for improvement. I'm sure something like this exists in a basic form, made up of Moderators, Administrators, and so on, but another forum of people with ideas would hopefully be conducive to continued game improvement, and although that would mean my inbox (either here or email) getting filled with suggestions, I figure it'd be a step up from the Technical Forum which is for almost ALL non-gaming related issues, not just improvements. Just a thought.

That's a very elitist way to handle the problem. I think such a forum, only dedicated to game improvement could be nice, but not private please!

It'd be nice, but that's the basic idea of the General Forum.

I would suggest that any ideas for improving the game be posted here in the Technical forum. It seems (to me) to be the appropriate place for it.

Full support. Elitism seems to be a very loose term. We have major league baseball for those who are better at the sport. I think anyone could be granted membership and then be booted if they aren't good contributers (almost fair). And terrible ideas should be locked or deleted.

sounds good to ME but.... SOME people dislike the idea. so nevermind. besides, I respect the ideas of Cogitation.

I concur. That is one of the original purposes of this forum, after all.

Consistant server problems
Questions about the rules of the game.
Questions about how the game works/figures things out.
Questions about the forum.
Ideas for improvements. (Great place for polls)

Okay, I shrunk it a tad.

I stand by my original position. This is the correct forum for discussion of improvements.
