For all nations who have been waiting for this Signup thread and haven't seen the World Cup Discussion Thread post to that effect, the Signups, along with all future World Cup-related threads, are moving to Nationstates' own self-hosted forums.
Find the NS Sports forum (yes, we have our own one now!): here (http://forum.nationstates.net/viewforum.php?f=7).

Please note that signups in this Jolt thread are unlikely to be recognised, and that your best bet to be involved is to get posting on nationstates.net's own forums.
