IC: As of April 5th, 2015, the country of Martilia has gained independence from their oppressors, the Philippines. The goverment of the country is formed from the legacy of the Union Soviet of Socialist Republic or also known as USSR. We're here to continue the mission of the USSR, to spread Communism through out the world. Although you might say we're rather small or tiny than China, and North Korea, we are not that easily to be defeated. Right now, our military is mobilizing and preparing to take any risks to whatever to the Capitalists, Democratics and pro-Western countries thrown at us. We dont pose threat to Global Security. All we're just saying is prepare.

The United Communist States of Wing Wang Woo millitary has today declared dual loyalty to protecting their country and to protecting Communist states around the globe in what we hope to be a Communist alliance that we can spread around the globe to bring Communism to the head of world affairs.

In order to prevent a second World War II, I would advise you to not attack or start spy-activities on a nation within the World Assembly. I hereby sent you a warning.

If you would fail to follow our correspondence, the nation of Mexanius will be forced to step over military action.
