The Altani Federation, seeking to improve our relations with our fellow nations and increase our understanding and knowledge, is hereby inaugurating its Cultural Exchange Program.
This program, a joint initiative of the State Department and Education Department, has several components which we hope will be of interest to the international community.

What the Cultural Exchange Program offers
Educational: The Federation International University (FIU) is a joint project of the Federation's two largest universities. We can set up campuses in one or more of your cities. We are also willing to accept reciprocal campuses in Federation cities from universities or colleges in other nations.
Media: The Altan International Media Service (AIMS) is a print media, radio, television and online media service. We would be pleased to offer the services of AIMS in your nation, and also would accept reciprocal offerings from your domestic media services.
Cultural Missions: The Cultural Missions Program seeks to build facilities in other nations where people can learn about Altani culture, history and knowledge. In return, we are happy to accept similar missions from other nations in the Federation.
