What does it mean when NS1 calls a nation devout?

On the nation description for my nation, it used to call my nation a "massive, devout" nation. It's no longer there, but it made me wonder, does that mean that they thought Edwards Street was a very religious nation?

Instead of just being a bureaucratic, officious, pedantic jerk, why not just answer the guy's question and give him a polite reminder of what he should do in the future? It's a lot more helpful than just a one-line rules lawyering response that doesn't actually help him answer his question.
Try this on for size:
Yes, you've basically got the meaning of "devout" down. Also, just so you know, in the future questions of this sort that aren't really RP should probably go in the Gameplay forum; it was created as a place to ask and get answers for those types of questions. Hope this helped!

Thanks, guess I'll keep similiar questions over in gameplay from now on....
