Welcome to the official Arroza-Liventia bid thread for the hosting rights to the thirty-sixth Cup of Harmony (CoH for WC44).

Format: Preferably 16 teams in four groups of four, each team plays each other once, top two per group qualify. Can work with 12, 15, 20 or 24 teams as well.
Group tiebreak: Points, head-to-head result, goal difference, goals scored, games won, playoff game. If last game of group results in a tie, then no playoff is played; rather the match heads into extra time or penalties.
Who: Teams having posted at least 1 RP + 1 roster, providing they're not within ceasing-to-exist range within the duration of the CoH.
What: NSFS 2.0.7 scorinator, skill modifiers between -3 and +3
RP bonus: It will be comparatively HEAVY (v.s. the WC), based on quality more than quantity, but will be capped. We'll be using the WC37/WC41 RP bonus sheet which has been used for both those cups as well as a prior CoH.
Experience: Liventia has hosted multiple non-WCC tournaments, as well as two BoFs, WC22, WC37, WC41, and a CoH. Arroza has experience with hosting non-WCC tournaments as well.
Pluses: Arroza has not yet hosted a WCC tournament and this would be an introduction to the WCC hosting circle for Arroza.
IC information, such as stadia, are not important at this point and will be posted should this bid be selected.
