A bid prepared in the last minutes...
It seems that everything was discussed and organized...
But I feel I forgot something...
Oh, yes, I forgot the introduction!
CAFUNDÉU AND DANCOUGAR
hosting bid for the 36th Cup of Harmony
Right to the bid details, as I forgot to prepare the introduction:
---> Scorinator to be Used: World Cup 36 scorinator. Cafundéu used this scorinator in WCs 36 and 42 and in CoH31, and this scorinator was also used in World Cup 39.
Style modifiers from -3 to +3 will be allowed.
---> Group Format (qualifiers): preferred number is of groups of 6 countries, with 3 or 4 groups (18 or 24 countries). An alternative option of 4 groups of 4 countries can be used if there aren't enough sign-ups (16). In any case, 8 countries go to the knockout rounds.
Tiebreaking criteria, in order: points; number of wins; head-to-head results; goal difference; goals scored; playoff game.
---> RP bonus: using the WC36 scorinator, the RP bonus will be determined by two factors: the frequency of the posts and their quality (four levels of RP quality). The RP bonus works increasing a team's KPB points. The RP bonus set during WC42 can increase the KPB points of a nation by a bit more than 10 KPB points (with maximum bonus, not easy to achieve), so it's a really heavy one, especially for a CoH (as teams in the CoH usually have up to 20 KPB points).
---> Scorination time: the games will be scorinated in the time zone between 01:00 and 04:00 GMT (probably Cafundéu first, Dancougar later).
---> Previous Experience: Cafundéu hosted World Cup 36 and 42, the BoF for WC34 and the 31st Cup of Harmony. Dancougar had its first hosting experience in a WCC-competition in the last Baptism of Fire, being this CoH the opportunity for getting more experience. Also, both have hosted competitions outside the WCC.
CoH criteria for participating teams: teams must have posted at least a roster and a RP. Teams that posted one roster or a RP can enter in the competition (asking to sign-up) if the number of signed-up countries doesn't reach the minimum 16.
