As of today 15 Janurary 2009, The Parliment of the Free Republic of Neo-Celts has voted to dissolve itself until new elections, effective at 23:59 local time. As per the custom, I will take sole control of the nation with the promise that I will pass only two non-emergancy laws. The first is setting the date for the national 2M election and the first day of the new Parliment. The date of the national election of the 2M is 11 Feburary 2009 and Parliment starts on 12 Feburary 2009. The second is a law that declears beer the offical beverage of the republic.
A reminder for the citizens, we have doubled the number of Parlimentary seats from 60 to 120. Addationally, the minimum nubmer of Parlimentary seats for a party to run for the 2M seat is now 3. As per the custom, I will be running for Parliment from New Dublin's 2nd Parlimentary District. The 2M, Kat daughter of Jude, will be running from New Dublin's 1st Parlimentary District.
