Well, I felt that it's time to start the second installment of the Rugby League World Cup, with Lurikastan hosting. ((and scorinating)) So I would like to extend an invitation to all nations who would like to join. When joining please post your rosters + your coach.

NOTE: Sign-ups close on the 11th, not the 12th as originally planned.


Stadia:

Raedon Bowl - (cap.60,000) One of the despised multi-purpose stadiums made for Baseball, Aussie rules, Gridiron, Outdoor Hockey + Basketball and Rugby. Despite being a one-stop sporting destination it is in need of a few repairs. Leaving the people of Presco to wonder why it would host such a major event. Will only host group play.


Texas Dome - (cap.80,000) Another multi-purpose that has recently been fitted for rugby. This state of the art retractable-roof dome located in Texas City will host group play and the Third place mach.


Fuji Point - (cap.20,000) The smallest stadium in the cup, just happens to be the most beautiful with its class sculptures and beautiful craftsmanship. This stadium however is not located in Lurikastan and instead is located in The Yorozuya's capital Fuji. This stadium will host group play and one of the semi finals.


Old Taffyshire Rugby Grounds - (cap.70,000) This beautiful stadium is located in Old Town Taffy Shire. Renowned in for it's history this stadium is sure to see some more during the cup. Will host a semifinal and group play.


Allipistadio - (cap.30,000) Located in Bergamo this stadium on the shores of The Lake of One is a frequent home to seagulls and gentle breezes. But that wont stop the lads from playing it hard, in their groups. (only used for group play)


The Golden Greens - (cap.200,000) Formally known as El Estadio del National this work of art is home to Lurikastan's national Soccer + Rugby teams, Rooster-de-lis, RC Salo and CSKA Salo's Rugby+ Football clubs. And for the purposes of this tournament group play and the finals.

How will you be scorinating it? What will RP bonus be like? Can we have a look at the scorinator? What format will you use?

Ok To answer your questions.

1 I will scorinate it with Starblaydia's scorinator.

2 The RP bonus will be +1 or +.5 per rp. (tht i like dont worry im not biased.)

3 Shure all u hav 2 do is search rugby scorinator its in some old forum post.

4 If you mean for the cup: I will divide the teams in to groups (based on how many prople are participating) Then the Top 2 from each group will go in to a knockout. 3 points will awarded for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. Tiebreakers will go like this: point difference, than head to head record and if its still a tiebreak match shall be played.

A bonus of '1' is rather a lot, especially if you have 5 or 6 cumulative RPs of that quality as that can lead to eighty-point thrashings. A sliding scale of 0.1 for "well at least you hit 'submit reply'" going up to 1 "that's the greatest RP ever!" might work better, but that's something to fine tune however you like.

The hosts of the first cup will be in for sure.

And yeah just to add to Star's point, I've found it better to use decimals for the RP bonus than full numbers.

Rugby is the third largest sport in my country! Which is funny considering how little I personally know about it. I need to do more research, but Draistania is in.

Are people getting that this is rugby league and not rugby union? The differences are pretty major...

Ah, when I was looking up rugby I wondered which one we would be playing.

I cannot guarantee frequent or good-quality RPs, but I'm sure West Zirconia's rugby prowess can stretch to the 13-man code.
