Well it is time for the 3rd edition of the World Lacrosse Championships, a minimum of eight signups will be required for the competition to get underway. It would begin, ideally, immediately after New Years. (with maybe a group draw snuck in on Dec 30 or something, more specific info in regards to dates will follow later.) Signups will be open until I declare them closed.

If you are interested in hosting this competition, please express this interest. I will if there are no takers, but it's a small tournament like this that can be a starting point for a nation to get hosting experience for perhaps bigger things down the road.

Had no problem getting the minimum of eight! :)

Welcome to the new nations also, this is a competition that while there is rank factored in somewhat, it is really all about the RP. A RPing first time nation will surpass a non-RPing nation with some rank after a matchday or two.

+1 Interest. Signing up.

Should I be chosen as host, games would be scorinated using a spreadsheet. Each team would have 6 attacks per quarter, and the result of each quarter added for the team score. The 6 would be multipled by a random number generated that is weighted heavily by a RP bonus factor. Home field advantage and rank would also have a smaller weight applied to it.

Style modifiers would also be used to affect the likelihood of attacks being successful, ranging from a +2 to -2.

Signups will be closed after the next entrant, which will be the 16th. There we can do four groups of four or two of eight, whichever the host prefers. We will move to endorse Secristan of those who declared interest since they have a method of scorination ready to go, which is much like what used in WLC 2.

We can make way with fifteen teams. Signups will close as soon as #16 enters or Sunday afternoon. Whichever comes first.
