If your nation considers itself a sporting nation, why not consider send Rugby Union / League players to our country to play professionally? if you want, the Kjomasasopian Government can strike a Talent-For-Anything* styled deal.
if you are worried about your players international elegibility, it will not be harmed, as foriegn player will be released for international duty.
