"Greetings. I am Supreme Magnate Maximillian Jingolowsky, head of state of the Federation of United Libran Planets.
The Federation of Unted Libran Planets is a nation state founded in the Libra Constellation, after scientists identified some Earth like planets here. Through funding of many European nations, an expedition to the Libra Constelation to settle these planets were started.
After a perilous journey, the main planet discovered by scientists was settled and the Federation of United Libran Planets was founded. We have continued to explor the planets of the Libran Constelation, and have continued settling habitable planets here and on the outskirts of the Libra Constelation.
Presently we have acheived the capacity to reach near light speed in travel. Our main planet is 20.5 light years away from Earth. A year on it is aproximately 13 days.
We are a nation based on Libertarian principles, ran on a fuedal basis with the various nations that make upo the Federation of United Libran Planets contributing to the general good and defense of the Federation. We are democratic, having a House of Nobility, an Assembly of Plebs and a Supreme Tribunal for court cases.
Weseek to establish trade with nations stil on Earth. Life is difficult as we are still very much pioneers here in the Libra Constelation. We seek to establish trade via communication over the radio, and then send trade expeditions to trade goods we have for goods you have in exchange.
