AN OPEN EDITION OF
THE KJOMASASOPIAN BUGLE!
TODAY: IN SPORT...
THE KJORP GOES PROFESSIONAL; INVITES NATIONS TO SEND TOP PLAYERS
In a buyout, the Kjomasasopian Rugby Board has been purchased by the three wealthiest men in KJO; The Geraldton borthers, Chris, Eric and Andrew. the brothers stated in a press conference:
we have the willpower and the financial backing to support an international star attracting premiership for at least 14 years. there will be 10 franchises created from all over the Islands, mainly in the reigons who have the highest Rugby bases, and elegible players will be drafted on november 1st. deadlines for player nominations end on october 29th.
there is little knowledge on where the 10 franchises will be placed, however it is known that the finals series is quite possibly the strangest ever. the finals will take place over 10 days, starting with a 10th/9th playoff. the winner of that game will challenge 8th place in a 9th/8th playoff. the winner then plays 7th place in a 8th/7th playoff, and so on, so forth, until on day 10, we have a 1st/2nd playoff game to decide who becomes champion. if all goes well with the international player draft, then at the end of the season, there will be a KJO XV / Foriegners XV game at the end of the finals series. this will only happen, of course, if the required 30 internationals are gathered. if your nation has rugby talent, and are looking for a beautiful country to get paid lots of money to run around a pitch for 80 minutes with a rubber thing filled with air, or if you have interest in growing relations with other countires and believe you can do so with sport, or you have sportsman who want to try something else, please contact the Kjomasasopian Rugby Board, Via the nations NS page (http://www.nationstates.net/kjomasasopia), or replying to this article.
