I need to acquire some vessels and aircraft for my army.

Why not make your own? I never did get the concept of 'storefronts'. In any case, this is probably the wrong forum, as storefronts tend to clutter the II forum more than here. If its really what you want to go with, that's your choice - there's plenty who do. I just don't see the sense in having some other nation hold that much control over your defenses. Or money.

There is also an international defense storefront "mall" located in the NationStates Draftroom (http://z4.invisionfree.com/NSDraftroom)—there are at least a dozen different nations selling on this site.
