I would be more interested to how the competiton works.
Do they try and eat each other? A last man standing sort of thing
Are they giving a few bodies and told to whip something the best tasting one wins? An Iron Chef sort of thing. That would be alright, your special ingredient is... Human.
What is the format of this cannibalistic cup?

i thought of more of a hot-dog-eating contest type thing- fastest eating of a certain amount of people, etc... I like the Iron Chef idea though

If I can give you a little bit of constructive feedback, regrettably, this isn't the sort of sign-up post that tends to get noticed round these parts.
As you've probably gathered from the other posts, you need far more detail about the type of tournament you're planning to run, where it's going to take place, what sort of scorinator you might look to use - not to mention actually letting people know what the sport is.
But you strike me as being just the sort of commendably enthusiastic new nation that we'd love to have join us in the long-running World Cup of soccer/football. By joining in the World Cup, you'd get a lot more interaction with other sporting nations, and would probably learn a lot about how sporting tournaments are usually run in NationStates.
