Bluth Corporation
09-09-2008, 16:15
Sorry for the delay, guys...I've been having massive computer problems lately. To compensate, registration normally closes midnight on the 15th but I'll go ahead and push the close date back to midnight the 18th of September (CDT) instead to give everyone plenty of time.
You're allowed to enter up to three corps per country, with the only restriction being that if you entered the previous tour, your lowest-placing corps (even if it was your only corps) may not enter this tour (although it is eligible to enter the next one). To register, please list the name and home city of each corps you are entering, along with the title and a description of its program and a ranking of the following five captions, from the corps's strongest to its weakest:
Marching & Maneuvering
Auxiliary
Bugles
Battery Percussion
Sideline Percussion
You will also need to list two stadiums for each corps you enter, one of which must be in the corps' home city or relatively near to it to serve as its home show. We may not use every stadium you enter; the decision will be made after registration is closed.
Competitions begin the night of September 18th and run for ten nights; after ten nights, the highest-ranked X corps by medal count will advance to Quarterfinals; the higest-placed X corps from Quarterfinals will advance to Semifinals, and the highest-placed X corps from Semifinals will advance to Finals. Exactly how many advance and how many are eliminated depends on how many entries we have.
