You're late for World Bowl II, but World Bowl 3 should come up in the Fall, if your country wants to participate.

As mentioned by Arroza you won't be able to participate until World Bowl 3 which he says will start in the Autumn

um he could be if Newwmanistan lets him in i dont think hes done the draw yet and she said shed let one more in and create a puppet if neede
