The Crimm

Somewhere, someone's console was beeping. And probably loudly. A single vessel of warship tonnage and configuration had almost hit an automated listening post as it passed. The ship was making no bones about it's destination, aiming straight for the capital world of the Orion Empire.
After a moment, it jumped from real space, emerging again far, far closer to it's destination and well within the reach of Orion's military. On closer inspection, the ship appeared to be a Spectre Class dreadnought and had the name 'Mjolnir' prominently painted across it's hull in several places. It was definitely a Crimm vessel.
And it replied to hails in classic Crimm fashion. A single text only answer that left little room for debate.
It is time for the Knights of Midnight to gather once more. Allow us entry and your people will be able to walk across their ancient homelands once more. Impede this vessel and your worlds will be forever cast out by the Empire of Crimmond and your ancient lands annexed into our empire instead. Your choice.
And unless the Crimm had changed drastically since the Steel Empire left, it was very likely they meant those words.
