1. Because all native wildlife has citizenship in Errinundera, cats are banned because of their tendency to wipe out other species.
2. The killing of animals is also banned.
What to do, what to do, when a cat get loose in Errinundera?

I agree! I've been reading on the tactical values of kittens, and, I say, I gotta get some of those! I can make a training center on the Death Ship Mk. VII!
