The Democratic Republic of the Iglesian Archipelago (or Iglésias) decided to host the 7th Edition of the WorldVision Song Contest in its capital, Los Vientos.

Dude, you can't just decide to host WorldVision. You need to submit a bid and have it voted on, besides, the 6th contest hasn't started yet.

Well, signups for contest six are closed now, we are at the part where the signed-up nations select their songs. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=559490) It's up to the host country (This time around it's Scotchpinestan) to decide whether countries that did not sign up can select a song and participate in the contest, or it the should just wait fot the next one.
To submit a bid, you just post about your bid in the sign-ups thread.
