Greetings.
I am Arch Aristocra Melinda Vates, leader of the Seven Leading Families whom rieng over the Seven Provinces of the United Confederation of the Juntaland Ascendacy.
As part of our policy of keeping a purely nuetral poiunt of view in the world, Juntastan is seeking to purchase armanents to arm the Juntastanese Defensive Fleet and the Juntastanese Defensive Security Forces.
In particular, we desire to purchase the ability to clone our soldiers, missle defense technology and space exploration technology.
The United Confederation of The Juntastan Ascendacy has a military and political doctrine of non-interference in the military affairs of other nations, and uses it's forces purely for defensive warfare. Our only obligations are to those of the Federation of Nuetral States, who are signatures to a document detailing strict nuetrality in regards to other states.
In addition, our nation follows a polict of political and cultural nuetrality. We neither seek to influence, conquer or overthrow your government nor seek the same for ourselves.
I have been commisioned by a unanimous vote of both the Assembly of Citizens and the Assembly of the Seven Houses to offer generous terms to whomever is willing to sell us said technology.
