Question on this forum...

I am having problems with posting on this forum. I posted on a thread, and it said a mod will say if your post is OK, before allowing other people to see my message. However, I have seen people who are just as new as me, yet their post can still be viewed. Have I done something wrong, or is this a normal thing?

As far as I know (which may be something I've read from a mod or just second-hand received wisdom) to stop spammers, your first 10 or so posts are potentially moderated and if they contain the verboten words - presumably around selling performance-enchancing drugs, claiming Nigerian lottery wins or similar - then the post is flagged up for a moderator.
Essentially you can go to NS General and post 'Hi' ten times and you should be fine from then on. Not that you heard it from me :confused:

LOL Star, i was just gonna suggest that as well. The chrisman union, don't worry ALL of us had to go through that point once or in certain cases multiple times.. (my puppet took forever to have its posts cleared)
