Referee Thread

Every major football tournament requires referees, and World Cup 41 requires some! If your nation has credited football referees that you would like to be eligible to take control of World Cup 41 Qualifying Matches, please post them in this thread.
The top-performing referees will be selected by the hosts to take control of the 41st World Cup Finals. You do not need to be entered in the 41st World Cup to be allowed to submit a referee. If you would like to sign up for the World Cup and have not already, please follow this link (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=554057) to do so.
When submitting your referee, please include a two-digit style ranking, such as 4:7
To submit a referee for consideration, you must have posted your roster in the Roster Thread (link below)
1-9 for the first number: meaning how closely the referee follows the written laws of the game. 9 is very strict, 1 is very lenient.
1-9 for the second number: meaning ability to call a match fairly / make the right calls based on their previous style - 9 being Fairest, 1 being Unfair/Bad Calls.
If you have any special notes about your referee(s) that may be relevant to roleplayers, such as they dislike a type of foul, or if they are bias towards specific teams/players/nations. Please try to keep them short.
