I am curious what the status of the world's cultural traditions regarding its folk music are. The Empires, Republics, Dominions....do our souls still have the songs they once sung? Have our younger generations lost touch with the music of their ancestors? My own people are losing their way musically. Is this true elsewhere? What is the status of the global folk music community? Has global integration weakened the traditions of the past musically?

yeah, its kinda sad isnt it. But again what last forever sooner or later a song is gonna fall into the fog that is time.

Here in Swilatia, folk is dead, and we don't miss it.
